Real estate photography is a volume business. Twenty to fifty listings per month, each with 100 to 300 brackets, plus delivery JPGs and the occasional video walkthrough. Storage adds up fast and most of it has long-tail value (you re-list, you re-shoot, you cross-reference). Vault gives you a single bill that scales with listings without surprises.
What this usually looks like
- Per listing: 3 to 10 GB of RAW brackets, plus 100 to 500 MB of delivered HDR JPGs.
- Per month: 30 to 200 GB depending on listing count.
- Per year: 1 to 4 TB of total volume for an active solo shooter.
- Most agents want photos available for at least the listing duration, often longer for case studies.

What this is not
Vault is not an MLS uploader, a CRM, or a delivery gallery for agents. Those are different tools. Vault is the layer underneath all of them, holding the originals so you can rebuild a delivery any time you need to.
