One account holds the studio archive, guest share links let collaborators pull or drop files, and the monthly bill stays flat as you grow inside a tier.
How studios use it
- One primary login for the studio, owned by the principal or operations lead.
- Guest share links for editors, retouchers, and collaborators, expiring on a schedule you control.
- Originals preserved bit-for-bit so a future re-deliver or re-edit is always possible.
- One monthly bill, billed to the studio, no per-seat upcharges.

What it is not
Vault is not a DAM system with metadata schemas, approval workflows, or AI tagging. It is storage. If you need a tagging and approval layer on top, you keep that tool and point its source at Vault.
