A typical wedding generates 80 to 300 GB of RAW per shooter. A working wedding photographer can put 5 to 10 TB into storage in a single busy season. Vault is built for exactly that shape of workflow. One predictable monthly bill, files preserved bit-for-bit, and a person who picks up the phone the week before delivery when you really need someone to.
What this usually looks like
- Wedding day: 80 to 300 GB RAW per shooter, more for two-camera setups.
- Engagement, bridal, second-day shoots: another 20 to 60 GB per event.
- Annual archive: 3 to 12 TB depending on book size.
- Retention: most photographers want the full RAW set for at least three years, sometimes forever.

What you do not get
No client gallery delivery, no proofing, no print sales. Vault is the working archive. Your delivery tool stays your delivery tool. The two jobs are different jobs, and treating them separately keeps both simpler.
